At Badsley Primary School we believe our school is a community and that it is vitally important that everyone is safe and happy within it. Through our vision and school motto ‘Growing Together; Aiming High’, we have high expectations of behaviour and learning behaviours for all our children. We aim to provide an environment in which our children are secure and confident, irrespective of race, gender and religion, with equal opportunities for all.
All stakeholders at Badsley (pupils, staff, leaders, governors and parents) had involvement in first developing and then embedding our core values. Together these values form ‘The Badsley Way’ for all members of our school. These values are not only at the core of our positive behaviour policy, but the whole ethos of our school.
